- The Carca'Pass is offered with the purchase of a full-price guided tour. You can collect it from one of the Tourist Office reception points upon presentation of your ticket.
- Online booking is not available for pre-formed groups. They MUST contact the dedicated service: groupes@carcassonne-tourisme.com.
